Best Buy: Dhimmi all your lovin’…

Tip of the headphones to Mike Heiser: Best Buy has found a holiday it can name without fear of backlash from the politically correct.

Eid al-Adha? Do we celebrate the Festival of Sacrifice in the U.S.? Have we ever?

Based on the CIA Factbook, Best Buy just devoted precious space in its Black Friday color ad to acknowledge a holiday celebrated by about 0.6% of the American population.

Hanukkah gets a mention (on a gift card), but the closest Best Buy comes to “Christmas” in its Black Friday flyer is images of wrapped packages and snowflakes.

Oh, yeah, and an ad for a “Feliz Navidad” gift card.

Remember that when you decide where to shop Friday.
