Time to quit pretending that my waistline is really 38″ but I buy 40″ pants because they’re so comfortable.
It’s not a vanity thing. I was less comfortable in my skin 15 years ago when I weighed 190 than I do now at 235. That’s what comes from being married to the most amazing woman on the planet.
But my dad’s family has a history of heart issues, and my aching, arthritic feet will appreciate a break. So, with several co-workers for accountability, I will cut out the junk, get my butt off the couch and take at least 10% off my weight over the next few months.
