Christianity Today’s weblog picks up a thread of the story of Kim Sun-Il, the Korean translator beheaded by Islamofascists in Iraq:
Kim Sun-il, the South Korean translator taken hostage in Iraq and threatened with beheading by his captors on Arabic television, is reportedly an evangelical Christian who used his work with the U.S. Army as an entree to evangelism.
The Korea Times calls Kim “a devoted Christian. ? Kim’s family said that he dreamed of conducting missionary work in Arab countries and was soon to be ordained as a minister.”
The world would be a far better place if more of us Christians were as bold in our faith as was Mr. Kim.
