My wife found a news and intelligence source that is worth a look. They seem to have been ahead of the pack on some obscure but significant developments in the Middle East recently, as well as bringing to light a number of unexpected outages at the Palo Verde nuke plant outside Phoenix.
Now, the Northeast Intelligence Network has beaten Matt Drudge and DEBKAfile to the news that Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak may be dead:
Unconfirmed reports by multiple posters on multiple Arabic language message boards claim that Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak has died.
The reports indicate that Mubarak’s health took a turn for the worse late last night, and he was rushed to a Cairo hospital. According to the report, the Egyptian government is expected to not release news of the death until an orderly succession can be ensured.
