Madonna Writes For Kids?
It has come to my attention that fading pop star Madonna, last seen tongue-wrestling girls young enough to be her daughters at the MTV Video Music Awards show, will release a line of children’s books.
The 40-something housewife and mother of two says the five “morality tales” are a response to the “vapid and vacant” stories she was reading to her children, 2-year-old son Rocco and 6-year-old daughter, Lourdes (who, incidentally, was onstage during her mommy’s shameless and desperate display of vulgarity). “There were, like, no lessons…There’s, like, no books about anything.”
A common sentiment for parents trying to raise children among the cultural sewer that is 21st century America. (Oops, I mean England.) But our children don’t need the lessons that Madonna has to share.
